"Really easy to get sorted"
I only really needed to arrange the appointment, but it was all straightforward. Carmel Jane got back to me quickly and the time was confirmed without any hassle. They sent over the info I needed too, so I didn’t end up having to chase. On the day it all seemed organised, which definitely helped make it less stressful.

"Decent range, but a bit lacking"
The range is okay overall, but it’s missing a few bits I expected to be included. It’s still usable, but having to go look for the extra pieces separately is kind of ridiculous.

"Dented box, but everything was okay"
The box showed up with a noticeable dent, which made me a little nervous at first since I wasn’t sure if anything inside had been damaged. Thankfully, I checked everything over and the items themselves were completely fine. Still, I’d prefer a bit sturdier packaging next time just to avoid the risk.

"Really easy and such a relief"
I was a little nervous at first, but the photographer showed up right on time and was so friendly that I relaxed quickly. She clearly knew what she was doing, which made the whole thing feel easy instead of stressful. i went from feeling awkward to actually enjoying it. Really happy with how everything turned out.

I had a really good experience with Carmel Jane. The website was simple to use, my order arrived without any issues, and the photos turned out really nice. "Kept my little one happily busy"
My little one had such a good time with the things from carmeljane.co.uk. I thought it might keep him occupied for a short while, but he stuck with it way longer than I expected. Then the next day he actually asked to do more, which, if you’ve got kids, you know isn’t always how these things go. It was easy to use too, and just felt like someone had actually thought about what kids enjoy. Really pleased with it overall.

I’ll be honest, the refund took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. I’ve usually had good experiences with this brand, so I was a little torn because I still like them, but this definitely tested my patience. In the end, they did sort it out and I got my money back, so I’m glad they made it right.

I ordered a few prints and wasn’t sure what the quality would be like, but they turned out good. The colours are clear, and the paper feels nicer than I expected. I had a bit of doubt at first, but I’m happy with how they came out

"Delivery took a little longer than I hoped"
I ordered from carmeljane.co.uk and, to be fair, everything arrived in good condition, so no complaints there. The delivery was just slower than I expected, and I didn’t really get many updates for a few days, which made me start checking my email more than I probably needed to.

It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just a bit frustrating if you’re used to quicker shipping. The items were fine, the ordering part was straightforward, but yeah, I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a hurry...

I did get my digital download in the end!!! The access link just wasn’t super clear at first, so it took me a few tries to actually find it!!! Once I opened the files, everything was fine, but getting there felt a bit clunky!!! Not bad, not amazing!!!

"Great Variety of Poses"
I was really happy with the variety of poses, it didn’t feel like we were just getting the same standard shots again and again. There was a nice mix of fun ones and more normal, classic ones... which made it way easier to pick out a few we genuinely liked.
